Congratulations to your new HAALE Health ring! Let's get you set up, we understand you're excited! Follow these simple steps below to connect your HAALE ring to your smartphone device:
1. Download our App in your app store on the phone; "HAALE Health Ring"

- Google Play (Android) 
2. Pairing:
- When using the ring for the first time. Connect the magnetic charging port of the ring with the magnetic charging cable. Plug in the power supply to start charging. The red indicator light will flash during the charging process. After being fully charged, the green indicator light will flash and then turn off.
- Open the "App" app on your phone, click "Add Device", select the device you want to connect to, and click to add the device. Please keep the ring battery fully charged before pairing to avoid pairing failure due to low battery.
During the pairing process, please ensure that the Bluetooth and positioning functions of the phone are turned on, and the distance from the ring is within the effective connection range. Your ring is now ready to use. Welcome to the world of HAALE!
