How do I know my size?
You can read all about how you measure your finger to know your correct size under the tab - Sizing, in the main menu.
Can I return the ring and change size if it doesn´t fit?
If the size you order doesn´t fit you can always return it and get your perfect size. Just make sure that the rest of the things in the package, like the charger etc. is not used. Do not wear the ring and pair it with the app if you want to exchange the size.
What can the smart ring measure?
With the HAALE health ring you can measure Activity levels, HRV, Blood oxygen, track your cycle, skin temperature, calories, sleep, heart rate, stress and much more.
Can you pair it with Natural Cycles?
You can not pair our ring with Natural cycles, but you can follow in the app when your next period is due and when you have ovulation.
Is the ring Waterproof?
The HAALE Health Ring is waterproof down to 50 m for around 30 minutes. You can wear it when going swimming, taking showers and cleaning your hands. It is safe to use for all your water activities
