How do I know my size?
Sizing:
- Size 7 (S): 17.5 mm diameter (55 mm circumference)
- Size 8 (M): 18,3 mm diameter (58 mm circumference)
- Size 10 (L): 20 mm diameter (63 mm circumference)
- Size 12 (XL): 21,6 mm diameter (68 mm circumference)
We sell most of size 6 and 8 to Women and size 10 and 12 to Men. Check our Size Guide for more details.
How long is the delivery time?
We ship all orders within 1–3 business days.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been shipped, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to update the address.
What if my ring is out of stock?
If a size or color is out of stock, sign up for a email notification on the site and we’ll notify you when it is back in stock—usually within 2–3 weeks.
How long does the battery last?
- Under normal use, HAALE II lasts 5–7 days.
- More frequent tracking (like continuous activity monitoring) can shorten battery life slightly.
How long does it take to charge the ring?
- Around 1 hour for a full charge.
- Always charge the ring fully before first use.
What should I do if the ring isn’t charging?
- Remove any protective plastic from the sensors. For first time use.
- Place it on the magnetic charger and ensure the red light appears (green means it's fully charged).

Can I exchange my ring for a different size?
Yes! You can easily exchange your ring by registering a return through our Return Portal.
How long does a return take?
- Once we receive your return, it takes a few days to process.
- Refunds are processed shortly after the return is approved.

Is HAALE CE-certified?
Yes! The HAALE Samrt ring is CE-certified, as required. ✅
Which finger and hand should I wear the ring on for the most accurate data?
For the best accuracy, wear the ring on your index, middle, or ring finger of your non-dominant hand. Ensure it fits snugly for optimal sensor contact.
Do I have a warranty on my ring?
Yes! Your order number is your warranty. The warranty is valid for 24 months.
I can't pair my ring with the app, it doesn’t find the ring?
Do you have the correct app?
If you're using HAALE II, you need the app with the light blue icon (check the app store!).
- Is your Bluetooth turned on?
The app needs it to find and connect to your ring.
Forget the ring in your bluetooth settings.
- Delete the app and reinstall it
- This refresh often solves weird pairing bugs.
- Re-Pair the ring again in the app and it should work perfect again.
Make sure to have the latest version of Firmware all the time, visit your profile in the app and upgrade Firmware
What is the difference between HAALE I and HAALE II?
- HAALE II is our latest model, featuring improved sensors, longer battery life, a new app, and more advanced features for more accurate tracking.
- HAALE I has a simpler design, works with a different app, and offers more basic tracking.
Will you offer larger sizes, like size 13?
Currently, the largest size is 12, and we don't have plans for size 13. However, trying the ring on the index or middle finger of the non-dominant hand (which tends to be slightly smaller) can help with fit.
Does the ring work without a phone nearby?
Yes! The ring stores data and syncs it to the app when the phone is nearby and Bluetooth is enabled.
Is the ring waterproof?
Yes! The ring is IP68 waterproof, meaning it’s safe for swimming and all your other daily activities.
How does the ring track sleep?
It analyzes sleep using algorithms based on movement and heart rate patterns, offering insights like sleep score, duration, and sleep stages.
Does the ring track the menstrual cycle?
Yes! You can manually log your cycle, and the app will predict future periods. The cycle tracking is not based on temperature, so you can not sync it with Natural cycles.
