Choosing the right size for a smart ring is crucial to ensure comfort, functionality, and accurate data tracking. Follow these steps below to find the best fit for your smart ring or a good idea is also to measure a ring you have at home that you already know fits.

We sell most of size 6 and 8 to Women and size 10 and 12 to Men. But that can of couse differ so also measure to give you a better indicator of what size you are.

Measure Your Finger:

Use a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper to measure the circumference of the finger where you intend to wear the ring. Make sure the measuring tool is snug but not too tight.

Consider the Width of the Ring:

Wider rings may feel tighter than narrow ones, as our ring is wide, you may want to go up a size.

Take Temperature Fluctuations into Account:

Your fingers can expand or contract due to temperature changes, so it's a good idea to measure them when they are at a comfortable, average temperature.   If warm or cold you can also change fingers when wearing it for the best comfort

Check for Comfort:

A properly sized smart ring should slide onto your finger easily but not feel loose enough to fall off. It should also be snug enough that it doesn't move around excessively.   The sensors inside the ring must sit on the palm side of your finger. 

Consider Your Dominant Hand:

If you plan to wear the ring on your dominant hand, which is generally slightly larger, you might want to choose a size that fits that hand comfortably.

For the best performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing your ring on your index. middle or ring finger.  Avoid fingers where the base is narrower than the knuckle.
